Isobel’s knowledge of the Alps is unmatched and she is often asked to comment on the alpine market by newspapers and magazines. She is a regular contributor to publications such as Evening Standard Homes, the Guardian and Snow magazine and she was the first to publish a range of guidebooks to ski resorts, the Snowmole series. For this she spent research time in over 50 European ski resorts including Verbier, Meribel, Chamonix, Zermatt, Courchevel and Klosters.

A former lawyer with global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Isobel now uses this unrivalled knowledge and her wide network of contacts to assist buyers with location choice and property purchase in the Alps.


Nick Laing

Nick has always had a passion for property. Previously an investment analyst with Goldman Sachs Investment Bank in London, Nick left in 2002 to move into property investment and pursue his love of the mountains. He bought his first ski property in Chamonix, France in 2002 with the assistance of a property finder. Finding their services to be invaluable and experiencing first-hand the many challenges of buying property abroad, Nick identified the need for an Alps-wide property finding and buying service for buyers.

Nick's negotiation skills and financial background enables him to advise buyers on all aspects of property investment.
