BUYING PROPERTY IN THE SWISS ALPS
Switzerland has always been a challenging market for international buyers, with a very different buying culture. Add to this the varied regulations and restrictions between individual cantons and it can be difficult to secure and buy Swiss property. A fixed number of permits are issued annually to each canton for purchases by foreign buyers. Some cantons further limit the ability of foreign buyers to purchase property. Although purchase by foreign buyers is strictly controlled, it is still possible.
Through our understanding of the restrictions Aspect International is able to advise foreign buyers of the opportunities open to them across Switzerland.
